The very thought of going to another city or another country with lock, stock and barrel can make anyone feel uneasy. You have been living in a familiar atmosphere for so long and the thought of leaving everything can make you very emotional. You would have more or less settled comfortably in your permanent home, with your wife and children, a good job, a kind and friendly neighborhood and the thought of leaving the city would never have occurred to you. But the time has come for you to move out of the city and you have to come to terms with it. Especially if you will be moving with cats.

There are three situations in a man’s life that warrant moving out of a certain place. These three reasons are: work, child’s education or health of a family member. In the case of first, the new job or the transfer must be attractive and promising with better future prospects. If it is the second, children’s education must be accorded high priority as it is our responsibility to see that they attain good education from reputed institutions. If it is the last situation, health of a family member cannot be ignored at any cost, and if the member requires change of scene, it should be considered provided it suits all the members of the family. Life is not always smooth and we should be prepared to face certain changes and uncertainties.
